After 50 Cent was pictured holding a Ciroc bottle on the 4th of July, many were left wondering about the rapper’s relationship with Effen Vodka. Now reports have surfaced, indicating that the rapper and liquor company have parted ways. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

According to The Breakfast Club, 50 Cent, real name Curtis Jackson, has sold his minority stake in the company for $60 million. The deal apparently went down a month ago, according to DJ Envy who is one of the brand’s ambassadors. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

As the news spread, 50 Cent posted a scene from Power with the caption “Bring me 2 shots of Effen and the bottle! #power #effenvodka,” so it’s safe to say the split was amicable. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
